To get a flavour of how you think and feel about your present situation and about where you would like to be, try these Self-Assessment Exercises. They are two small steps (of many) towards you achieving your goals and dreams.
Although it's more effective and efficient to think through exercises like this is with someone else and coaching will take you through to a greater depth doing them on your own will give you a start in the process of moving forward in your life and work.
